摘要
以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、碳酸钙、交联剂、粘接促进剂及催化剂为原料制备了单组分脱醇型有机硅密封胶。研究了制备温度、粘接促进剂种类、加料顺序对密封胶力学性能、黏度、外观、抗黄变性能的影响。结果表明,制备温度在30℃以下,密封胶具有良好的力学性能和外观;使用复配的胺类和环氧类粘接促进剂,密封胶在使用过程中长期不黄变;加料顺序为预混料、除水剂、交联剂、粘接促进剂和催化剂时,密封胶制备过程中可避免出现黏度峰值,具有良好的操作性。
A one component alkoxy-functional RTV silicone sealant was prepared with α, ω-dihydroxyl polydimethyl siloxane, calcium carbonate, cross-linker, adhesion promoter and catastly as the raw materials. The effects of preparation temperature, mixed adhesion promoter and charging sequences were investigated. The results showed that when the preparation temperature was below 30 ℃aed good mechanical property and appearance; when used amine and epoxy mixed adhesions promoter, the sealant was not yellowing for a long period; when the charging sequence was polymer paste, dehydrator, cross-linker, in order then adhesion promoter and catalyst, the sealant preparing process can avoid the viscosity perk and be easy to operate.
