化痰降浊汤治疗高脂血症60例疗效观察

Investigation of Huatanjiangzhuo decoction on hyperlipoidemia

目的观察化痰降浊汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予化痰降浊汤治疗,对照组60例服用辛伐他汀片。2组均8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效及比较2组治疗前后血脂各项指标。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰降浊汤治疗高脂血症疗效确切,未见毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huatanjiangzhuo decoction on hyperlipoidemia.Methods 120 patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into treatment group,which was treated by Huatanjiangzhuo decoction,and control group,which was treated by simvastatin tablets.The course was eight weeks in two groups.The curative effect and various indicators of lipid before and after treatment were compared after a course.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（91.67%） was higher than that in control group（83.33%,P0.05）.There were significant differences between before and after treatment on TC,TG and HDL-C in treatment group（P0.01,P0.05）.There were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Huatanjiangzhuo decoction has definite effect on the treatment of hyperlipoidemia.
