摘要
目的研究腺性膀胱炎的超声表现及其分型,以提高超声对腺性膀胱炎的诊断及其鉴别。方法回顾性分析经手术及膀胱镜活检,且病理证实的161例腺性膀胱炎的超声声像图资料,归纳其声像图特征。结果本组161例腺性膀胱炎的声像图可分为以下五种类型:弥漫增厚型57例、扁平增厚型43例、乳头结节型32例、团块型24例及囊肿型5例。结论腺性膀胱炎的声像图有其特征性,加强对其声像图特征的认识,可提高该病的超声诊断。
Objective To analyze the manifestation and the types of glandular cystitis by ultrasonography and improve the diagnosis and differentiate distinguish.Methods The sonographic manifestation of 161 patients with glandular cystitis diagnosed by ultrasonography and proved by operation and pathology were analyzed.Results Of 161 patients,there were 57 in pervade thickening type,43 in platy thickening type,32 in mammilla nodule type,24 in bump type and 5 in cyst type.Conclusion The manifestations of glandular cystitis by ultrasonography possess some characteristic point,which could improve the diagnosis of glandular cystitis by ultrsonography to be familiar with the ultrasonic manifestation and the types of glandular cystitis.
