摘要
故障树法是应用于模拟电路故障诊断的一种常用方法;使用这种方法的关键是针对被测件(UUT)的不同故障模式,预先开发详细的故障树;传统的故障树开发方法是人工设计,其缺点是效率低,且容易出错;针对这一问题,提出了一种基于eXpress可测试性分析软件自动生成故障树的方法,描述了用eXpress自动生成故障树的过程,介绍了eXpress诊断报告的应用方法,通过示例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性;该方法的优点是能借助eXpress软件自动生成故障树、效率高、不易出错。
Fault tree method is often used for fault diagnosis of analog circuit.A key of using this method is to design fault tree in advance according to different fault mode of UUT.Conventional method of designing fault tree is manual design.Its disadvantages are low efficiency,and easily making a mistake.For solving this problem,this paper puts forward the method of generating fault tree automatically based on testability analysis software of eXpress,Describes the process of generating fault tree automatically,and introduces application method about diagnostic report of eXpress,validates feasibility and practicability of the method by a example.The advantages of the method are generating fault tree automatically by mean of eXpress,high efficiency,and uneasily making a mistake.
