摘要
香菇培养物的粗酶制剂,经羟基磷灰石柱阶段洗脱层析可将纤维素酶系分成4个组分,其中组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ均含有β-葡萄糖苷酶和CMC酶,组分Ⅶ和Ⅷ为C_1酶。进一步用羟基磷灰石柱层析组分Ⅱ,可把β-葡萄糖苷醇和CMC酶完全分开,达到电泳纯。组分Ⅰ与组分Ⅶ或Ⅷ之间具有明显的协同作用。酶系的组分在不同生长发育阶段中并无质的差异。
The cellulase of Lentinus edodes might be separated into four components,component I.II.VIl and VIII. by means of absorption cnromatography on hydroxyapatite column Both of component I and II all contain the activities of β-glucosidase and CMC cellulase while component VII and VIM comprise C, enzyme activity. β-glucosidase and CMC enzyme in the component II were obtained as homogeneous state tested on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis by second chromatography on a longer hydroxyapatite column. Component I in admixture with VII or VIIIshowed marked synergistic effect for hydrolyzing phosphoric acid sweeling cellulose. The components of the cellulase did not show any difference in quality at four stages during growth of the mushroom.
