泰州溱湖湿地浮游藻类的群落结构及与水质的关系 被引量:1

摘要 对江苏泰州溱湖湿地的浮游藻类进行了调查,分析了浮游藻类的群落结构、物种多样性以及浮游藻类与溱湖湿地水质理化参数的关系。调查共鉴定浮游藻类6门45属72种,绿藻种类最多,其次是硅藻和蓝藻,优势种主要以蓝藻门的微小平裂藻为主。根据藻类各项指标值,溱湖湿地已遭受污染,水体为富营养型。通过Pearson相关性分析揭示出溱湖湿地藻类的种类组成及多样性指数与溱湖湿地水质之间的关系,为溱湖湿地的防治提供浮游藻类方面的科学依据。 The community structure and species diversity of planktonic algae in Qinhu Wetland of Jiangsu Province were investigated,and their relationships with the physicochemical parameters of the wetland were analyzed.A total of 72 planktonic algae species belonging to 6 phyla and 45 genera were identified,among which chlorophyta was the dominant,followed by bacillariphyta and cyanophyta.The dominance species were merismopedia tenuissima which belonged to cyanophyta.According to algae comprehensive index values,Qinhu Wetland has suffered serious pollution and can be regarded as in eutrophication status.The characteristics and relationships between planktonic algae species composition and biodiversity index were studied and the change of water quality was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.
