蛋白消合剂联合强的松治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征效果观察

Clinical observation of danbaixiao mixture combined with prednisone in the treatment of pediatric primary nephrotic syndrome

目的观察蛋白消合剂联合强的松治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法原发性肾病综合征患儿80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组给予强的松治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予蛋白消合剂治疗。2组均连续治疗6周,观察2组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后的24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白以及血清胆固醇含量变化。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为65.0%和92.5%,高于对照组的50.0%和80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项指标均明显优于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后的24h尿蛋白定量和血清胆固醇明显低于对照组,血清白蛋白明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛋白消合剂联合强的松治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效确切,但尚需大样本多中心的研究进一步证实。

Objective To explore the clinical efficcacy of danbaixiao mixture combined with prednisone in the treatment of pediatric primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 80 patients with pediatric primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases of each.The control group were treated with prednisone,based on the control group the treatment group were added danbaixiao mixture.2 groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks,and the clinical efficacy was recorded.And the changes of 24h urinary albumin,serum albumin and serum cholesterol of 2 groups before and after treatment were detected.Results The effective rate and the total effectual rate of treatment group were 65.0% and 92.5% respectively higher than 50.0% and 80.0% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Each index of 2 groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the 24h urinary albumin and serum cholesterol of treatment group after treatment were lower than those of control group significantly,the serum albumin of which was higher than that of control group significantly,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The danbaixiao mixture combined with prednisone has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of pediatric primary nephrotic syndrome in this study,but such result need to be confirmed in other studies before large samples.
