摘要
职业认同的概念由自我认同(自我同一性)发展而来,在职业发展领域内有重要的意义。由于研究者对其概念和结构仍有所分歧,职业认同的测量基本可以划分为单一维度和状态分类两种模式。职业认同对个体的职业探索、职业选择、职业适应性和职业成功等方面都有相当积极的作用。另一方面,成长过程中的家庭模式、家庭氛围等家庭因素以及个人因素的诸多方面都会影响个体的职业认同形成状况和水平。
Career identity, originated from ego identity, is an essential concept in psychology. It plays a very important role in individual's career development, and has a major impact on career choice, career adaptability, and career success. Ca reer identity is in turn influenced by some predictors from family patterns, family atmospheres, and individual factors. The present paper reviews the relevant researches of the study within the background of the Chinese culture, such as the theoreti cal frameworks, the research methods, and the interventions of career identity.
