胆碱(VB4)作为动物生长所必须的水溶性维生素,在动物体内起着极其重要的作用.氯化胆碱是最直接、最经济的补充胆碱的方式,而且逐渐成为了在饲料中添加量最大的水溶性维生素,为畜禽业不可或缺的添加剂.但是,随着氯化胆碱的需求量的不断提高,市场上氯化胆碱的掺假现象也越来越引起饲料行业的普遍重视.为此,本文综述了氯化胆碱的质量评定和几种常用的掺假鉴定方法,以便在饲料原料的接收和使用中提供参考.

Choline（VB4）, as an essential water-soluble vitamin for animal＇s growth, plays important roles in animal＇s body. And additive of choline chloride in the diary of animals is the most direct and economic way to the choline supplement. And choline also becomes the maximum water-soluble vitamin in the feed, which is a indispensable additive. With the increasing demand, the adulteration in choline is more and more serious. So, this paper provides an overview in quality evaluation and identification methods of adulteration of the choline chloride, so as to offer help in acceptation and usage of choline chloride.
