角蛋白是天然蛋白质,具有良好的生物亲和性、无毒及亲肤特性;含有大量的氨基、羟基等亲水基团。这些特性使得角蛋白在纺织、生物医药、美容和工程领域的应用表现出良好的前景。文章介绍了从羊毛中提取角蛋白和角蛋白溶液的应用现状。还原法是目前溶解羊毛的主要方法,只切断羊毛中二硫键完整地保留角蛋白的一级结构,是目前角蛋白还原水解的主要方法,但也使得制成的角蛋白溶液不稳定。目前角蛋白溶液的主要应用有织物整理、纺丝和成膜,但还存在许多问题亟待解决。

Keratin is a natural protein which has a good biocompatibility,non-toxic and skin-friendly properties,it contains large amounts of amino and hydroxyl groups.These features make the keratin show a good prospects in the textile,biomedical,cosmetic and engineering applications.This paper reports the present situation of extraction of keratin from wool and application of keratin solution status.Reduction is the main method of dissolving wool,only to cut off the disulfide bonds intact keratin primary structure is the main direction of hydrolysis of keratin,but the keratin solution is instability.Major applications are fabric finishing,spinning and film-forming at present,there are still many problems waiting for us to solve.The prospect of application of the keratin is good,but we have to meet many challenges.
