摘要
随着大规模波动式能源发电集中接入、高渗透率的分布式电源大量接入以及负荷特性日趋复杂,电网作为连接电源和负荷的载体,规模也越来越大,电网安全、稳定运行面临越来越大的压力。构建安全、稳定、高效、经济的智能电网已成为中国电网的发展目标。比照"环境友好"而提出的"电网友好"概念越来越受到重视,并成为智能电网研究的重要组成部分。分析了电网友好技术的内涵,认为电网友好技术是指发电或用电设备与电网协调互动,以支持电网安全、经济运行。分别归纳了现有发电侧和用电侧的电网友好技术,发电侧主要是提高新能源发电的可预测性、稳定性和可调可控性,用电侧主要是改善负荷特性以及研究其支撑性技术。在此基础上,分析了智能电网框架下电网友好技术发展的新思路,提出了其长远发展框架。
With the integration of large-scale,intermittent generation sources and highly-permeable distributed generation connected into grid,load characteristics are becoming more complex.As a carrier that connects the power generation and load,the grid itself is becoming increasingly large in scale and confronted with growing pressure on the security and stability of operation.To build a safe,stable,efficient and economical smart grid is now the objective of China's grid development.In the light of the concept of going "environmentally friendly",the concept of going "grid friendly" is proposed and is receiving ever-increasing recognition as an important component part of smart grid research.The connotation of grid friendly technology is analyzed,which is seen as the coordination and interaction between the generation or electrical equipment and the power grid in support of the safe and economical operation of the grid.A summary of the existing grid friendly technology of the generation side and power-use side shows that the main technology of the generation side consists in enhancing the predictability,stability and controllability of new energy power generation while that of the power-use side is adopted to improve the characteristics of the load and study the supporting technology.Based on the above,an analysis is made of some new ideas of grid friendly technology development in the framework of smart grid,and a long-term development framework is proposed.
