中西医结合洽疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕30例

Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Infertility due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探索中西医治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的方法。方法将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分成两组,对照组30例,采用西药治疗;治疗组30例,用中药周期疗法结合西药治疗。结果治疗组排卵率63.33%,对照组为46.67%;治疗组妊娠率为30.00%,对照组为23.23%,两组的排卵率、妊娠率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗能提高PCOS不孕患者的排卵率与妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the methods for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods： 60 patients diagnosed as PCOS were randomly divided into two groups.The 30 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine,and another 30 ones in the therapeutic group were given periodic therapy of TCM integrated with western medicine.Results： The ovulation rate of the therapeutic group was 63.33 %,and that of the control group was 46.70 %;the pregnancy rate of the therapeutic group was 30.00 %,and that of the control group was 23.30 %.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients with PCOS.
