摘要
采用免疫组化SP法检测了30例胃癌及相应切缘正常胃粘膜的Rb蛋白表达，以探讨Rb蛋白表达在胃癌发生中的作用及与临床生物学行为的关系。结果表明，胃癌中Rb蛋白表达率为66．67％，而正常胃粘膜中Rb蛋白100％表达，二者间Rb蛋白表达有明显统计学差异（P＜0．05）。因此Rb蛋白表达异常参与部分胃癌的发生。但Rb蛋白表达与组织学类型及淋巴结转移无关（P＞0．05）。
To enplore the action of Rb protein expression in gutric cancerogenisis and its relationship with clini-cal bollogic behavior,A immunlhistochemistry methed was used to detecte expression state of P16 Protein in 30 gastriccaners and 30 normal gastric membrane tissues,the reswlts shawd that the positive rates of Rb protein expressionwere 66 .67% in gastric cancers, but that were 100% in normal tissues. there was a differentiation stahstically betweengastric cancers and normal tissues. abnormal expression of Rb protein was asaseiated to gastric canceopnisis. The ex-pression of Rb protein was not associated to different type of gastric cancers and hymph nodular transprrtation of gastric caner.
