尿干化学法联合UF1000i、DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣定量检测尿红、白细胞的一致性比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对UF1000i联合尿干化学法检测红白细胞的一致性及影响因素进行研究。方法:采用尿干化学法联合UF1000i、DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣定量检测1000例门诊患者的尿红、白细胞,并对其一致性及影响因素进行了比较。结果:UF1000i定量分析与干化学法红白细胞检测阳性结果的符合率高于DiaSys R/S 2003沉渣定量与干化学法,而且2种尿沉渣定量分析方法与干化学红白细胞检测阳性结果的符合率受尿液中红白细胞数量的影响。结论:UF1000i定量分析优于DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣定量,是目前最为理想的尿红白细胞计数平台。 Objective To study the uniformity and influential factors in detecting RBC or WBC by urine dipstick analysis and UF1000i urinary sediment analyzer.Methods Fresh urine samples from 1000 patients were detected for RBC and WBC by urine dipstick analysis,UF1000i and DiaSys R/S 2003 urinary sediment analyzer.The uniformity and influential factors were compared and examined.Results The positive coincidence rate of UF1000i and urine dipstick analysis for RBC and WBC detection was higher than that of DiaSys R/S 2003 and urine dipstick analysis,and such positive coincidence rate was effected by the amount of RBC and WBC.Conclusion UF1000i urinary sediment analyzer was superior to DiaSys R/S 2003 urinary sediment analyzer.It was the more ideal test platform for urine RBC and WBC detection.
