摘要
平煤股份十矿主井提升系统存在较多不足,急需改造。针对系统存在的问题,决定保留绞车本体以及液压制动系统等部分,对配电盘、电控系统和装卸载系统3项进行改造,对各项改造进行了技术分析,以达到完善配电系统的供电可靠性、实现电控系统的自动化、综合自动化提升等目的。经过测试,改造后的系统自动化程度较高,工作安全可靠,每钩提升时间缩短,节能效果明显。
There are some shortage exist in hoisting system of main shaft in No.10 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian′an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,and it is important to reform the old system.Aiming at the problems of the old system,hoist bulk and hydraulic braking system can continue to use,the reformed parts include distributor,electric control system,loading and unloading system.Analysed the technical principle of the reformation so as to reach the purpose of enhancing the reliability of power supply,realizing the automation of electric control system and the automation of hoisting.Through system text,it was showed that transformed system has high automation level and reliable performance,can run more rapidly and has significant energy-saving effects.
