摘要
以99%氧化铝为原料,采用热压铸成型法成型激光器泵浦腔陶瓷反射体,研究了其中低温脱脂和烧成工艺的参数,制定了合适的脱脂制度。结果表明,当烧成温度为1140℃时,试样无缺陷,并且收缩率,吸水率和抗折强度合适。
Ceramic reflectors for laser pump cavity were prepared with 99% alumina by low pressure injection molding. The technical parameters for low temperature degreasing and firing process were studied and a proper degreasing schedule was presented. The results show that when the firing temperature is 1140℃, the sample has no defect, and its shrinkage, water absorption and flexural strength can meet the requirement.
