城市化下的岭南特色水乡村落的保护性开发——以小洲村保护发展规划为例

Study on Protective Development under Urbanization of Water Villages in South China:Taking XiaoZhou Village as An Example

城市化给城镇地区带来了突飞猛进的发展,珠江三角洲地区的现代化水平可谓日新月异,与此同时也给受到保护的岭南特色水乡村落带来很大的发展压力。该文通过对广州市小洲村地理区位、经济结构、传统文化等基本要素的分析,研究在不违背保护传统村落特色的原则下开发其现有资源活动,从而实现经济环境文化的平衡发展,并尝试从三个层面为小洲村制定发展策略及开发建议。

With the high-speed development by urbanization,modernization in the Pearl River Delta region evolves at an accelerating pace,while at the same time challenge of development in those preserved water villages in south china is becoming even more prominent.This paper studies on finding a way out of exploiting existing resource and traditional activities without against protection principle of traditional village in order to achieve the aim of balanced development between economic,environment and culture.Based on an in-depth analysis from location factor,economic structure and traditional culture and other fundamental factors of Xiaozhou village in Guangzhou,this paper aims to draw development strategies and exploitation suggestions from three aspects in this village.
