药品不良反应报告分析136例

目的:了解药品不良反应(ADRs)发生情况及其给患者造成的危害,以期通过加强合理用药,减少ADR的发生。方法:对2007年4月～2008年9月收集到的136例ADR报表进行统计分析。结果:ADR报告136例,涉及的药物共79个品种,其中抗菌药物居首位,其次为中药制剂;静脉用药是引起ADR的主要给药途径;主要的ADR类型是皮肤损害。结论:应加强临床用药的管理、技术指导,推进临床合理用药,进而有效减少ADR的发生。

Objective： This paper focuses on the analysis of ADR（ adverse drug reaction） cases and this causes damage to these patients. By strengthening rational pharmacy reduce ADR. Methods：The data of 136 ADR reports from April 2007 to September 2008 were classified and analyzed statistically. Results：This report of 136 ADR cases consists of 79 medicines, of which the antibacte- rials are in the first place ,the Chinese drugs preparation in the second place. And the main route of medication are the venous circulation. These medicines lead mainly to dermal Reaction. Conclusion： This author proposes that it intensify technical management and guidance in the clinical medicines, it promote the application of rationally clinical pharmacy. Therefore, ADR cases can be effectively under control.
