On Status and Countermeasures of the Top 100 Enterprises' Social Responsibility in Hebei Province

河北省百强企业在履行社会责任方面的情况是,纳税情况良好、不同程度地治理了环境污染、产品质量和服务质量不断提高、不断增加员工培训,员工的工资福利待遇不断提高。但只有一家企业发布过社会责任报告。在为社区服务方面多数未提到议事日程,都未设立企业社会责任专门机构。解决的对策是,加大第三产业发展,努力实现由资源优势向服务优势转变。定期发布企业社会责任报告,使企业社会责任公开化。借鉴国外经验设立企业社会责任标准并强制执行,使企业社会责任制度化,等等。

The situation of top enterprises＇ social responsibility aspects in Hebei province is good,tax situation is good,and has controlled the environment pollution in different degree,the product quality and service quality enhances unceasingly,staff training is increasing,the pay of employee benefits enhances unceasingly.But only one enterprise published the social responsibility report.In the aspect of the community services,the most is not mentioned in the agenda,and do not set up the specialized agencies of the enterprise social responsibility.The countermeasures are increasing the third industry development,trying hard to realize the transformation from resource advantage to service advantage,regularly issuing corporate social responsibility report,making the social responsibility publicity,setting up and enforcing the enterprise social responsibility standard using for the international experiences,and making the enterprise social responsibility institutionalization,and so on.
