微小RNA功能失调与胃癌相关性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胃癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤.发病率和病死率均居所有恶性肿瘤前列。临床上因为缺乏特异性的诊断标志.导致胃癌的早期诊断和预后评估极为困难。近来研究发现一类具有调控功能的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在胃癌等肿瘤发病中起着重要作用。本文通过综述miRNA的生物学性状与功能,miRNA功能失调与胃癌细胞的细胞周期、凋亡和浸润转移之间的关系.探讨miRNA失调与胃癌的恶性表型之间的关系。
