摘要
提高师范生教育实习质量需要加强实习指导。清晰阐释,明确要求,全面示范,切实指导师范生进行包括技术性反思、实践性反思和批判性反思在内的多层次教育反思,并加强对指导教师的选拔、培训和考核,是提高实习指导质量的重要保证,不容忽视。
It is imperative to enhance the instruction during the educational internship of prospective teacher in order to improve its quality. The prerequisite of quality improvement is to clearly interpret the internship goals, to explicitly demand and efficiently instruct student teachers to make multi-level reflection upon education, including technical reflection, practical reflection and critical reflection, as well as to strictly carry out the selection, train- ing and evaluation of instructors.
