摘要
在网室人工接虫条件下研究大豆3个高抗品种吴江青豆3、通山薄皮黄豆甲、赶泰-2-2和3个高感品种皖82-178、山东大豆及Morsoy对斜纹夜蛾的抗性表现。结果表明,抗感材料间以叶面积损失率为指标的抗虫性差异极为显著,而对斜纹夜蛾产卵排趋性差异不显著。在实验室用高抗品种和高感品种的叶片饲养斜纹夜蛾幼虫,取食高抗品种的叶片后,抗虫性表现为食量减少、体重变小、死亡率增加、历期延长以及蛹重减少等,而对蛹死亡率和蛹历期的影响不明显。因而,大豆对斜纹夜蛾的抗性主要表现为抗生作用。
The resistance of six soybean varieties, namely, Wujiangqingdou-3, Tong-shanbopihuangdoujia and Gantai-2-2, the high resistant (HR) ones, and Wan82-178, Shandongdadou and Morsoy, the high susceptible (HS) ones, to cotton leafworm Pro-denia litura (Fabricius) was studied in solarium and under inoculaton condition. The results showed that there were significant differences between the leaf consumptions, but not the oviposition antixenosis, of this insect pest on HR and HS varieties. After P. litura larvae fed on HR varieties, the larval leaf consumption and body weights of larva and pupa decreased, the mortality/development duration of larva, but not of pupa, obviously increased/prolonged. Consequently, the resistance of soybean to P. litura is mainly antibiotic.
