摘要
随着微机电系统(MEMS)技术的迅猛发展,基于压电振动的能量回收技术可以为MEMS提供电能,受到国内外众多学者的关注。该文介绍了压电式振动能量回收装置的工作机理;分别从能量回收装置的结构和材料、能量转化的接口电路、能量的存储技术、能量回收的应用实例等方面系统的介绍国内外的主要研究成果和研究进展;并对压电振动能量回收技术的发展方向进行了预测。
With the development of MEMS technology, the vibration energy harvesting using piezoelectric materials has attracted more attentions. In the paper, the theory of vibration energy harvesting based on piezoelectric materials was firstly introduced. The current state of the vibration energy harvesting using piezoelectric materials was then reviewed, including the structure, the materials, electrical interface of the energy conversion, the technology of energy storage, and the application of energy harvesting technology at home or abroad. Finally, the research direction of energy harvesting technology were predicted.
