摘要
本研究通过对2004年~2009年上海中医药大学中医学类毕业生就业于浦东新区社区卫生服务中心的职业发展现状进行调查分析,以“职业发展”为主线,以“现存优势和不足”为突破,结合高校培养机制,探讨了提高中医学类毕业生基层就业的可行性方案。研究结果表明,优化知识结构,畅通就业渠道,提高人才吸引力,对促进中医学类毕业生基层职业生涯发展和基层中医药事业的发展具有重要意义。
This article analyzed the data of "the survey of 2004-2009 graduates' professional development status of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine working in community health centers in Pudong New District ", which had been conducted a deep discussion with the career development as the guideline and existing merits and problems as breakthrough. Besides, it also discussed the feasibility suggestions of TCM graduates' employment promotion in primary health care units which combined with current cultivating mechanism. It concluded that the adjustment of colleges' students' knowledge structure, smoothing the channels of employment and increasing the attractiveness of graduates likely seemed to have great significance in promoting the graduates' career development and strengthening the TCM evolution of primary health care units of our country.
