摘要
高职学生在校学习与顶岗实习衔接期的职业人文教育目前已成为高职院校职业人文教育的一个盲区,从"实现有效互动""、力求教育一体化"、"共性教育与个性教育共存"及"教育形式革新"等方面着手采取措施将有助于实现这一特殊时期职业人文教育的有效衔接。
This paper outlines the current humanistic education Vocational Colleges on the basis of the overall situation,focusing on analysis of the vocational students in school and vocational internships convergence of the problems of humanities education,according to the information available on how to make the reasonable convergence,it refers fouri deas and proposals,including "achieving effective interaction","seeking to educational integration","common education and individualized education co-existence " and "reforming education form".
