摘要
针对研制基于IGBT的矿用逆变式快速充电电源过程中存在数学建模难度高、参数整定过程复杂等问题,采用基于Simulink的元件仿真技术,建立了常规脉宽调制控制方式下电源的非线性闭环仿真模型;并完成了恒定负载、周期性负载、非周期性负载及负载突变下系统动态响应过程的仿真.仿真结果表明:该模型可以正确反映各环节参数对系统输出的影响,是该设备电参数的优化设计和智能控制策略设计并予以验证的有效分析工具.
For overcoming the difficulty of mathematical modeling and the complexity of parameters tuning of IGBT-based quick charging inverter for mine use, simulink-based elements simulation technology was employed to establish a nonlinear closed-loop model of PWM controlling. Dynamic responses were simulated under different conditions, such as constant load, periodic load, aperiodic load, and sudden load change. The results showed that this model could rightly demonstrate the relations between the inverter^s parameters and the system's output, and it provided an effective analysis tool for optimization design of electric parameters, intelligent control strategy design and verification.
