摘要
分析了导电叉成形工艺,设计了成形该零件的具有冲孔、胀形、切边、弯曲等9个工位的排样方案,进行了多工位级进模结构设计。实践证明:模具结构设计合理,工作效率高,零件质量稳定,具有一定的参考价值。
Based on analysis of forming technique for a conductive fork,a layout scheme with nine work positions combining punching,bulging,trimming and bending,etc.for shaping the part was designed and a multi-position progressive die was developed.
