摘要
网络课程质量评价在整个网络教育中占有非常重要的地位,可为网络课程学分互认提供依据。本文以近5年国内外关于网络课程质量评价的实践及文献作为研究对象,总结了实践领域影响力较高的网络课程质量评价指标,从专家视角、学生视角、交互视角、各类教学原理视角对已有研究进行了评述。研究发现,坚持整体观立场,以有效学习发生为基础,探索网络课程质量是极其重要的;网络课程质量评价研究的三个基本核心问题为目标是否适合社会需求、目标与其实现手段是否一致、目标与其评价是否一致,这三个问题也是研究网络课程学分互认的重要基础。
Online Course Quality Assessment plays a very important role in distance education,and serve as the basis for recognition of online course credits.This article analyses the literature about the research and practice of online assessment,from 2005-2010,around the world.Through this analysis,we summarize the impressing online course accreditation standards,discuss the related research views from four perspectives(expert's,student's,interaction,and various teaching principles).The study finds that it is essential to explore the online course quality comprehensively from effective learning.It also reveals the three core issues related to online course assessment: 1) objectives meeting the needs of the society,alignment between goals and means,and alignment between goals and quality assessment.These three criteria can also be the foundation of online course accreditation.
