摘要
本实验研究了培养时间、温度、培养液初始pH、装液量、单宁浓度等条件对菌株降解单宁的影响。结果表明,黑曲霉降解水解单宁的适宜降解条件为28~30℃、pH 7.0、250 mL三角瓶中装入50~75 mL培养液,180 r/min连续培养3 d。随着单宁浓度的提高,降解率逐步降低。
The study was conducted to estimate the effects of cultivation time, temperature,liquid medium pH,liquid volume in flask,and tannin concentration on tannin degradation by Aspergillus niger.The results showed that:at the temperature 28 - 30 ℃ ,pH 7.0,liquid volume in flask 50 - 75 mL in 250 mL beakerflask,cuhivation for 3 d at 180 r/min, degradation rate achieved highest value.Degradation rate reduced gradually with increase of tannin concentration in liquid medium.
