工程咨询企业核心竞争力评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Core Competitiveness for Engineering Consulting Enterprise

阐述建立工程咨询企业核心竞争力评价指标体系的基本原则,提出适合我国工程咨询企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系,运用ISM模型,对各因素进行分级评价,将工程咨询企业核心竞争力的评价指标划分为基础指标、次高级指标、高级指标以及最终指标的四级递阶系统,为我国工程咨询企业提升核心竞争力评价研究提供参考依据。

Expounds the basic principles of establishing the evaluation index system of core competitiveness for engineering consulting enterprise,and puts forward the system which is fit for Chinese engineering consulting enterprise.The evaluation factors are graded by using ISM model,the core competitiveness of engineering consulting enterprise is divided into four levels hierarchical system which is consist of basic index,junior index,senior index and final index.It provides some references for promoting the core competitiveness of engineering consulting enterprise.
