摘要
目的 探讨原发性浆细胞白血病（ＰＰＣＬ）的临床特点。方法 对１１ 例ＰＰＣＬ进行回顾性分析。结果 ７ 例接受治疗，除２ 例仍存活外（１例存活已达１ ａ 现仍在观察中，另１例为新近诊断）其余均已死亡（１例存活５ａ，其余均于１ ａ内死亡）。结论 ＰＰＣＬ与急性白血病类似。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of primary plasma cell leukemia(PPCL).Methods PPCL patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Eleven cases of PPCL were reported.The median age of the patients was 53 years with a male to female ratio of 2.67∶1(8 males and 3 females).Seven patients received combination chemotherapy,including mainly alkylating agents such as melphalan and cyclophosphamide.All but two patients died and one patient survived for 5years and the remaining 9 patients died within one year after diagnosis.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of PPCL were similar to that of acute leukemia.
