摘要
目的 :初步分析前凝血状况下诱导激素性股骨头缺血坏死过程中 ,系统的凝血状况及相互关系。方法 :选中国大白兔 2 1只分为 3组。A组 :7只 ,先静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素 2次 ,每次 10 0 μg/kg ,间隔 2 4h。在第 2次注射完后即肌肉注射甲基强的松龙 3次 ,每次 2 0mg/kg ,间隔 2 4h。B组 :10只 ,肌肉注射甲基强的松龙 3次 ,每次 2 0mg/kg ,间隔2 4h。C组 :4只 ,对照组。结果 :A组在第 2次注射完内毒素与B组在第 3次注射完激素后 1、2、3d血小板比较差异显著(P <0 0 1)。A组在第 2次注射完内毒素与B组在第 3次注射完激素后 3d凝血时间比较差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :系统凝血是激素导致股骨头缺血坏死发病过程中的重要环节。
Objective:Preliminarily analyses the relationship between systemic coagulation and steroid induced necrosis of the femoral head.Method:21adult China white rabbits,weigh 2 5~3 5kg,were divided into 3 groups.In group A,7 rabbits were given 100μg/kg of endotoxin from Escherichia intravenously 2 times at an interval of 24 hours,and injected intramuscularly with 20 mg/kg of methylprednisolone 3 times at intervals of 24 hours after the second injection of endotoxin.In group B,10 rabbits were given 20mg/kg of methylprednisolone intramuscularly 3 times at intervals of 24 hours.In group C,4 rabbits were used as the control.Results:The decrease of platelet levels in group A with endotoxin administration after 1,2 and 3 days was more prominent than that in group B without endotoxin treatment( P <0 01).The prolong of coagulate time in group A after 3 days was more prominent than that in group B( P <0 01)。Conclusion:steroid appeared to potentate the coagulate state and systemic coagulation is the important link in steroid induced necrosis of femoral head.
