摘要 在模具上通过巧妙的结构设计,最大化的利用模具性能,实现一个模具可生产多种塑胶产品的目标。提出了一种新的模具设计理念和设计方案,实现用一个模具换状态生产多类型产品,实现一模多用,大大提高了模具使用效率,利用这一方案可节省大量的模具制造设计费用,为企业降低模具制造成本提供了一个新途径。 By designing clever structure,making full use of the performance of the mold, it was realized that different kinds of plastic products was produced with one mold. A new kind of mold design idea and scheme was put forward. By using this structure scheme,it could be realized producing multi-type products with one mold by changing state. The efficiency of the mold was improved greatly, the mold designing and manufacturing cost could be saved with large amount. A new path to reduce mold manufacturing costs was provided for enterprises.
