二维和三维超声技术在耳郭支架材料选择中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨二维和三维超声成像技术在自体耳郭支架材料——肋软骨选择中的应用。方法选择20—29岁健康男女青年各10例,对其第6—10肋软骨及其联合部先行二维超声成像,然后用体表水囊法和模块法增加扫查面积后行三维超声成像,通过断层超声成像技术和透明成像技术获得满意的三维超声重建图。结果对20例青年男女的第6~10肋软骨进行三维超声成像是可行的,并且能清晰显示至少3根肋软骨(主要为第7—9肋软骨)及其联合部的立体形态,为准确切取再造耳郭支架的肋软骨提供影像学支持,从而减少对肋软骨的损伤及浪费。结论在耳郭再造术中,二维和三维超声成像技术联合应用,可清晰显示第6~10肋软骨及其联合部的形态,为选取适合的耳郭支架材料提供了依据。 Objective To observe application of 2-dimensional (2D) and 3-dimensional (3D) ultra- sound techniques in material choice of auricular framework from autologous costal cartilages. Methods Ten male and female youths aged from 20 to 29 were selected, 2D ultrasound imaging was performed firstly on the 6 to10 costal cartilage and their junctions and then 3D ultrasound imaging was done after increasing the scan- ning area by surface water-filled balloon method and modular method. The reconstructed image from 3D ultra- sound was obtained by using tomographic ultrasound imaging and transparent mode. Results The results of 3D ultrasound imaging from 6 to 10 costal cartilages in all cases showed that solid figure of 3 costal cartilages (7 to 9 ) and their junctions could be demonstrated clearly, which could provide imaging support for precisely getting suitable costal cartilages for auricular framework reconstruction, thus reducing damages and waste of costal cartilages. Conclusion Application of 2D ultrasound and 3D ultrasound imaging in auricular reconstruction can demonstrate clearly the 6 to 10 costal cartilages and their junctions which can help to select suitable material as auricular framework.
