摘要
科技查新是科技活动中一项基础性工作,在科技立项、科技攻关、科技成果鉴定和转化、科技评估、专利申请等审批程序中发挥了非常重要的作用。文章针对科技项目管理的内容及特点,简述了科技查新在科技项目管理中作用。
Sci-tech novelty searching is a basic work in scientific and technological activities and it plays a very important role in a series of examination and approval procedures such as scientific and technological register,scientific problem tackling,identification and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,science and technology evaluation and patent application.Against the content and characteristics of scientific and technological project management,this paper briefly explains the function of sci-tech novelty searching in scientific and technological project management.
