摘要 针对锚固体系的结构安全性,利用三维有限元法建立模型,通过对M15ZH-9D型号高性能混凝土复合锚垫板与M15E-9DT型号传统铸铁锚垫板的受力分析比较,结果表明,高性能混凝土复合锚垫板强度不低于传统铸铁锚垫板。结合工程实际,并根据M15ZH-9D型锚垫板荷载传递试验结论和锚固区混凝土局部受压应力分布规律,为锚垫板结构优化和成本降低提供了理论基础。 According to the structure safety of the anchorage system,utilizing the 3D finite element method to establish the model,through the comparison analysis on the stress between the high performance concrete(HPC) composite anchor plate(M15ZH-9D) and the traditional cast iron anchor plate(M15E-9DT),it is concluded that the strength of the HPC composite anchor plate is not less than that of traditional cast iron anchor plate.Combined with the engineering practice,according to the load transfer test conclusion of the M15ZH-9D anchor plate and the distribution rule of the concrete local stress in anchorage zone,the theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the anchor plate and cost reduction is provided.
