摘要
将传统的机械设计制造和机械自动化进行了比较,指出具有智能化的特征是现代机械和传统的机械在功能上的本质区别。机械自动化在各行各业的应用和发展,显现出了机械自动化的优点和效益。即多功能化、高效率、高可靠性、省材料、省能源,不断满足人们生活和生产多元化需求。从系统的观念出发,将机械技术、微电子技术、自动化技术和过控技术综合应用于化工生产之中。着重例举了锅炉汽包水位、冷却剂流量和气氨排量的最佳控制方案。提出了过程自动化控制今后的主要目标,指明了机械设计制造及其自动化的发展方向。
In this paper,the traditional mechanical design manufacturing are compared with mechanical automation.The paper points out intelligent features are the essential difference in function between modern machinery and traditional machinery.Mechanical automation shows its advantages and benefits in application and development in all walks of life,such as multifunction,high efficiency,high reliability,material saving,energy saving,and it constantly meets the diverse needs of people living and production.This paper integrates mechanical technology,microelectronics,automation technology and process control technology and apply to the chemical production from the concept of system.It focuses on the optimal control scheme of boil drum water level,coolant flow and ammonia emissions,puts forward the main objective of the process automation control in the future,and points out the development direction of mechanical design manufacturing and automation.
