摘要
本研究运用SPSS软件对玉辉林业局员工满意度进行科学地测评,通过因子分析方法确定影响员工整体满意度的关键变量,并结合企业实际和系统化思想,建立了玉辉林业局员工满意度管理模型,包括数据准备过程、识别过程、管理过程、比较过程和反馈过程,以切实提高员工满意度。
The study conducts a scientific analysis of employee satisfaction of forestry bureau of Yuhui via software SPSS,determines the key variables which affect the integral employee satisfaction for the greater part using the method of factor analysis.And the study establishes a management model of employee satisfaction for the forestry bureau of Yuhui bases on the real situation of forestry bureau and the theory of systematization,the model includes data preparation process,recognition process,management process,comparison process and feedback process.The conducting of the management model could feasibly improve the standard of employee satisfaction.
