中医体质分型与女性皮肤刺痛敏感性的相关性

Relationship Between Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sensitive Skin

目的初步探讨中医体质分型方法在皮肤刺痛敏感性研究中的应用价值及研究方向。方法根据2009年颁布的中医体质分类判定标准,通过问卷对198名健康女性进行体质判定;同时用10%乳酸在受试者鼻唇沟处进行乳酸刺痛试验,计算乳酸刺痛分值。结果 198名女性中,有74名为乳酸刺痛阳性者;中医体质分型结果:平和质55人,基本平和质26人,倾向偏颇体质18人,偏颇体质80人,其余为19人。平和质者乳酸刺痛分值显著小于偏颇体质者;乳酸刺痛分值与"痰湿质"和"特禀质"分值具有统计学相关性。结论中医体质学说与皮肤刺痛敏感性之间存在一定相关性,需要进一步研究来证实改善中医体质是否会对敏感性皮肤有纠正作用。

Objective To discuss the application and research of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in treating sensitive skin by lactic acid sting test.Methods Referring to the constitution of TCM criterion of 2009,198 female subjects were tested by the questionnaire.And all the subjects were preceded by the lactic acid sting test.Results In 198 subjects,the number of stinger was 74.In the constitution of TCM,55 subjects were gentle constitution,26 subjects were most gentle constitution,18 subjects were trended biased constitution,80 subjects were biased constitution and 19 subjects were the else kind.The gentler in constitution of TCM,the sting test score was lower.There was statistic relationship between the sting test score and constitution of ＂Tanshi＂ and ＂Tebing＂.Conclusion There is relationship between the constitution of tradition Chinese medicine and sensitive skin.We could learn more if the constitution of TCM is improved,and the skin will be less sensitive.
