摘要
息烽温泉旅游地竞争优势强弱的变化是该旅游地发展兴衰的关键。重构传统温泉旅游地发展战略的核心即是要重塑其竞争优势。息烽温泉旅游地衰败的驱动力具有外部影响因素和内部影响因素。外部影响因素主要是政策环境和市场需求的变化。内部影响因素是交通条件不好、市场定位不准确、产品特色不突出、人才匮乏、旅游服务与管理水平低下。息烽温泉旅游地发展战略重构包括资产重构、产品重构、市场重构和服务重构。
Based on a reason analysis on the rise and fall of hot spring resorts, this paper considers that the changes of the competitive advantages of a hot spring resort are the causes. Remodeling competitive advantages of a hot spring is a core of restructuring its development strategies. The driving force of the wane of Xifeng Hot Springs tourism is mixed with internal and external factors. The main external factor is the change of policy environment and market demand~ and the internal factor is the inadequate traffic condition, inaccurate market positioning, less prominent product features, lack of talents, poor travel services and management. The strategies of the reconstruction of Xifeng hot spring tourism development include reconstruction of assets, products, market and serviees.
