老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我感受负担的调查分析

Self-perceived burden among elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的调查老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我感受负担(SPB)状况,分析相关的影响因素。方法运用自编患者一般情况问卷和SPB量表,对80例老年COPD患者进行调查分析。结果患者SPB得分为(35.75±6.64)分,处于中度负担水平,75%的患者存在不同程度的SPB,多元逐步回归分析显示:病情了解情况、病情严重程度、生活自理能力、照顾者健康状况是其影响因素。结论受多种个体因素差异的影响,大部分老年COPD患者存在明显的SPB,护理人员应采取相应的护理措施,减轻其SPB。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden（SPB） in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Method Totally 80 elderly patients with COPD were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire and Self-Perceived Burden Scale（SPBS）. Results The total score of SPBS was（35.75±6.64）, which was in a middle level,and 75% of the patients showed different level of burden. Multiple stepwise regression showed the influencing factors of self-perceived burden were disease understanding,severity of the disease,self-care ability and caregivers＇ health status. Conclusion Most elderly patients with COPD have obvious self-perceived burden,which is influenced by multiple individual factors. Nurses should take proper measures to alleviate the patients＇ self-perceived burden.
