The clue of post crime case should be found in time.It is the premise that the self-investigation department of procuratorate organs conducts investigation.In judicial practice,there are many problems existed in case clue management and transfer,the procedure should be improved,and the inner transfer mechanism of case clue should be built up by scientific transfer procedure.
