摘要
在分析餐厨垃圾现有处理技术的基础上,阐述了好氧堆肥和厌氧发酵(产氢和产甲烷)技术在餐厨垃圾处理方面的研究进展及其影响因素,并提出了其在处理餐厨垃圾方面存在的问题和研究方向。
Based on analysis of present treatment technologies of food waste, research progress and influencing factors of two kinds of microorganism technologies for food waste treatment were introduced, including aerobic composting and anaerobic fermentation (producing hydrogen and methane). Existing problems and research direction of the microorganism technologies applied in food waste treatment were discussed.
