摘要
对电力系统继电保护的发展趋势作了综述,着重介绍了广域保护的概念和结构、通讯网络结构和一些典型应用。
In tis paper, we have general review of the development and history of the protection techology in power system. We also have emphsize the techogy of the wide area protection system（WAPS）, and have a brief introduction about the strcuture and communiction of WAPS, serval typical applications of WAPS appear in this paper.
