数字X光影像仪光机结构设计

摘要 设计了数字X光影像仪的光机结构。针对数字X光影像仪的特点和指标要求,确定了光机结构总体布局。介绍了数字X光影像仪的关键部分片盒、输片机构、激光扫描系统、荧光读取系统和消光系统的具体结构,并对输片传动机构进行了输片精度分析。检测结果表明,扫瞄轴晃动1.2″,输片精度0.015mm。 The structure design of computed radiography was introduced.The structure collectivity layout was ascertained in allusion to characteristics and target request of computed radiography.The key structure of IP box,transporting device,laser scanning systems,fluorescence collecting systems and extinction systems were introduced.IP-transport precision was analyzed.The measurement results showed that the scanning axis sway was 1.2″ and IP-transport precision was 0.013 mm.
