摘要
本文探讨了以医疗机构医护人员对社会“突发公共事件”进行医学救援的工作内容与工作程序为主线,在医学院校开设突发公共事件医学救援课程,提高临床医学专业和护理专业学生应对“突发公共事件”医学救援能力,使学生的知识结构更加适应岗位的需求。同时,初步探索了突发公共事件医学救援课程的性质与任务、内容设计、校内外实训基地建设、教学团队建设等方面的问题,为开设该门课程提供了一定的科学依据和理论基础。
The article mainly discusses the content and procedure in exerting medical rescue in public emergency by medical staff. In order to improve medical and nursing students' ability in medical rescue in public emergency, a specialized course of medical rescue in " public emergency" should be set up in medical colleges, so as to make the students' knowledge structure more responsive to the job require- ment. The article also discusses different aspects of the course, such as nature and tasks, content design, on-campus and off-campus training bases construction, teaching teams building and so on, which provide some scientific and theoretical basis for the course.
