2008—2010年我院铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解我院2008年1月—2010年12月铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌进行统计分析。结果:3年检出的1 274株铜绿假单胞菌的主要分布在内科系统(502株)I、CU(409株)和肿瘤科(199株),标本主要来源于痰液(1 070株,占83.99%)1,274株铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗生素耐药率>30%。结论:铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染中的重要条件致病菌,对多种药物呈现高的耐药性,应加强临床病原学检测,根据药敏结果合理用药。 OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical distribution and antibiotics resistance of peudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital from Jan.2008 to Dec.2010 for clinical reference of rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:By a retrospective study,the pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated clinically were analyzed statistically.RESUTLS:A total of 1 274 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated over the 3 years,which were mainly collected by internal medicine system(502 strains),ICU department(409 strains) and oncology department(199 strains).The phlegm specimen took the lead which accounted for 83.99%(1 070 strains) of the total specimens.The resistance rates of the 1 274 stains to common antibiotics were greater than 30%.CONCLUSION:Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the major opportunistic pathogenic bacteria in hospital infection,which have the high drug-resistant rate to multiple antibiotics.The clinical pathogen detection should be strengthened and rational drug use should be in line with drug susceptibility results.
