针药并用辨证治疗脑梗死临床疗效观察

Combined Acupuncture and Medication in Treating Cerebral infarction Syndrome Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的观察针药并用治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服中药配合针灸治疗。疗程结束后观察两组临床疗效,以及运动功能(NIHSS评分)和日常生活能力(Barthel指数分级法评分)的变化。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后运动功能与日常生活能力评分比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规药物治疗配合针灸中药更有助于脑梗死患者的治疗与康复。

Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of combined acupuncture and medication in treating Cerebral infarction syndrome.Methods In total of 80 patients of acute Cerebral infarction were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and treatment group received acupuncture and oral Chinese medication in addition to the conventional treatment.The therapeutic results were evaluated by using NIH Stroke Scale and Barthel＇s Index of Activities of Daily living.Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group versus 72.5% in the control,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined acupuncture,Chinese medication and conventional treatment works better in the treatment and recovery of patients with cerebral infarction.
