摘要
采用RKS-BM物性方法,以Aspen Plus工程软件对马来酸二甲酯催化加氢生产1,4-丁二醇、四氢呋喃和γ-丁内酯等产品的精馏分离过程进行模拟计算。结果表明,精馏操作工况与工业化装置吻合,产品中1,4-丁二醇、四氢呋喃、γ-丁内酯的质量分数分别达到9.5%、99.99%、99.56%,1,4-丁二醇的回收率≥99.2%,甲醇的回收率≥99.7%。
The product of dimethyl-maleate hydrogenation contains water,dimethyl succinate,methanol,gamma-butyrolactone,1,4-butanediol,tetrahydrofuran,n-butanol,HBTHF,and heavy component.The Aspen Plus engineering software is applied on the simulation of the solution rectification.The RKS-BM property method is recommended for the simulation,and the simulating results agree with the plant data.The 1,4-butanediol,tetrahydrofuran,and gamma-butyrolactone mass fractions are respectively up to 99.5%,99.99% and 99.56%.The recovery rates of BDO and methanol are not less than 99.2% and 99.7%.
