品管圈活动在术中一次性医用耗材管理中的应用

目的探索品管圈活动在术中一次性医用耗材管理中的效果与体会。方法成立"品管圈"组织,确立术中医用耗材管理项目,对手术中一次性医用耗材浪费现象进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果提高了手术中一次性医用耗材的有效使用,增强了护理人员参与护理管理的意识和工作满足感,充分地发挥了护理人员的积极性、创造性、主动性。结论 "品管圈"活动在术中一次性医用耗材使用中取得了较好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the effects and experience of intra-operative quality control circles for the management of disposable medical supplies. Method By set up aquality control circle＂organization,established Chinese operation management projects with the supplies of disposable medical supplies for surgical waste in the cause analysis, and develop appropriate corrective measures for implementing. Result Quality control circle was effectively improved the use of disposable medical supplies, and enhance the awareness of nursing staff in nursing management and job satisfaction, promote the nursing staff＇s enthusiasm,creativity and initiative. Conclusion ＂Quality control circle＂ activities is effective for the management of disposable medical supplies used in surgery. It is worth for promoting.
